No, please review your orders carefully before placing them.

This will depend on where you are located and the type of order made. In-stock orders are shipped within a couple business days, and preorders will ship out when the product is ready. Check the description of the listing to be sure if what you are buying is a preorder. In-stock items bought with preorder items will be shipped together when the preorder items are ready.

If you are a United States customer, delivery takes approximately a week. If you are an international customer, delivery can take up to two months.

We ship internationally. Some regions may be restricted from buying due to inability to send packages to the region.

You can cancel or modify your order before it is processed by contacting our support team. Unfortunately, once the order is shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and within their original quality. Please review our full refund policy for more information.

We do our best to ensure items are securely packaged and only assume responsibility for fulfilling items. If an item arrives damaged, we can look into a claim with the shipping company, but we cannot guarantee a new package or compensation. Only tracked packages may have claims.
