Shipping policy
Orders will now be shipped out by staff member Kayt! Emails pertaining to shipping problems may be forwarded to Kayt so she can help you! I will still say 'we' when talking about shipping though, since there may be times when I still ship items out myself!
Every order needs some time to process it.. shipping time is on top of processing time, it doesn't include processing time! Processing time takes 1-8 days, and we ship orders out once every week. If you order at a late time on Thursday or Friday, there is a chance your package will be shipped the following Monday. During particularly busy periods, such as when I launch a new product, processing times may be delayed by a few days or another week or two to get through the orders!
The estimated shipping time is stated on every product or their shipping profile name. However, issues with the postal service, weather, or other events may cause delayed or slow deliveries. Once I hand your order to the post office, it is no longer in my control.
International shipping: If the delivery location is outside of the USA, you may have to pay additional customs or taxes, and this is out of my responsibility. This is especially applicable to those in the European Union. If you live in the EU you will have to pay VAT once the package comes to you. Buying from my Etsy store also means you are paying VAT anyway, just at checkout instead of upon delivery. Please be aware of possible fees you may have to pay depending on your location, for it will be your responsibility.
At this time, we do not offer shipping to the United Kingdom, Germany, or countries where the USPS has suspended shipment.
Items will be shipped from the United States of America!
Preorder Information
Preorder means that you are paying for an item to be produced, or generally before the finished product arrives as our locations. This means I cannot immediately ship out the item. Individual preorder information will be available on every product. Orders containing both a preorder and non-preorder item will be shipped once I am able to ship the pre-order item. To get your non-preorder item early, please make a separate order! By purchasing something listed as a preorder, you are acknowledging that your item will not be shipped out immediately!
Wrong Address Inputted?
If you inputted the wrong address for your shipment, please email emnide@gmail.com as SOON AS POSSIBLE!!! Do not spare a single second! If the package has already been shipped, you will need to pay shipping price again. In some cases, you may need to repay partial or full value of the order, depending on circumstance and items. Shipping to incorrect addresses costs us money for something not our fault, so please understand this policy.
